Somerville/Medford Remembering Ana E. Jimenez

Jimenez, Ana E. (Montero) – Of Somerville, passed away on Friday, February 16th surrounded by her loving family. She was 74.

Born and raised in Utuado, Puerto Rico. She was the daughter of the late Teleforo and Elena (Domenech) Montero. Ana loved her family, and they were the center of her world. She loved to spend time with them, especially her beloved grandchildren. Seeing her family happy would always bring a smile to her face. On her down time, Ana enjoyed painting, sewing, and ceramics. Her talent did not stop there! She was also an excellent cook. Her loving embrace and gentle smile will be missed by all whom she knew.

Beloved wife of Edward Jimenez of Somerville. Devoted mother Edwardo Luis Jimenez, Elena Florez and her husband Alexander, and Omar Jimenez. Cherished grandmother of Alexander Florez, Omar Florez, Aly Florez-Jimenez Bruce Florez-Jimenez, and Wesley Florez-Jimenez. Dear sister of Louie Montero, Mercedes Montero and Felix Montero and the late Ramone Montero. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
