Are you familiar with problem gambling? The National Council on Problem Gambling estimates that two million adults in the U.S. meet the criteria for gambling disorder, with another four to six million people in the U.S. struggling with problem gambling.
Somerville Prevention Services will host a free virtual Problem Gambling Prevention presentation in English on Thursday, April 27, and in Chinese on Thursday, May 4, in partnership with the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center (BCNC). Presentations will go over what problem gambling is, the signs, and available resources. Registration is not required.
