This place needs new windows, there is no a.c in units, hallways smell of mold from all the water damage.. pipes in the walls leak and is always stains against the walls of water..air vents outdated. No duct work, people smoke weed in laundry room. It’s just a place to pass through..too many elderly that don’t have care.. sad…windows so old u go to clean them and wires snapp…
