Residents of a main artery who had parked on a permit-only secondary street should move their car after 3 p.m. to avoid being ticketed and towed.
Property owners also reminded that, under City ordinance, they are required to shovel all sidewalks abutting their property within 6 daylight hours after the end of a storm. Snow cannot be shoveled into the street.
