Broadway Winter Hill the Screw Job

By Arthur Moore

Well it has been way over a year we have been stuck with this mess the city decided we needed. It has not work from day one. Yet here we are after fighting for over a year for our employees(elected officials) to fix the problem they created. Between Brad Rawson, Mark Niedergang, Jesse Clingan and Joe Curtatone not a thing has been done to step up and make it right.

It has been brought to their attention in many ways and still they sit there and ignore the facts. It is like they have it on for senior people and people with disabilities. We hired them to work for us, not make our life miserable. When people screw up on the job they usually have to fix their mistakes. Obviously elected official are immune to fixing their mistakes.

And for those who have seen me write about this for over a year now I have not given up getting this corrected. I know in another year once the new mayor is in and Jesse Clingan and Mark NIedergang are gone we have a real chance at getting some relief here. I know those three are going and I am hoping for more to follow as we need to take this city back.

This screwup and the many others that have hurt small businesses and make the life of seniors here intolerable have to go. 2021 is time for the face politics to change here. Others that have a seat on the council also will have to go and replaced by people who actually care and will put some effort into doing the job that is needed and being responsible for when they make a mistake.

I know we are just finishing up the presidential election but it is early enough for people who care to start thinking about helping this city get back on track. We can’t let these people and occupy space in our city hall. Look around the city and see for yourself.

Let’s try and save it before it’s too late. I can’t tell you how many times the stupid unused bike lane is just temporary and can be changed is it does not work. Well guess what? It is still an unused bike lane making life miserable for seniors and the disabled never mind the screw job to the small business people.

But then we are stuck with Jesse Clingan who won’t speak up for people as he is afraid to. But they may as well enjoy it as they only have a little over a year to go before the new people take over. Many of us never thought there was a chance but now we do. It’s time for the people for a change.
