On the above date and time, I was assigned to marked traffic cruiser T4. I was conducting speed enforcement on College Ave, which is a public way in the City of Somerville, with a posted 20 MPH speed limit. I was stationary in front of 205 College Ave, using a hand held LIDAR unit.
