With this recent cold snap that has occurred this winter across the state of Massachusetts including right here in Somerville, people have been seen skating on the Mystic River.
Should the public be allowed to skate on the river or should the police post signage prohibiting it because of potential safety concerns and not to mention an accident waiting to happen?
