Heavy rains caused severe flooding in Somerville this past Wednesday afternoon.
On Richdale Avenue in Somerville, resident Frank Santangelo made his way around the streets by way of a canoe.

Hall Street has been flooding bad since the sixties.
I lived in that green house on Richdale Ave years ago. This street always flooded with heavy rain. All the rain coming from School Street hill would flow onto Richdale Ave.
Its disgusting that we have to live with sewer, trash, cigarettes, anything from street drains flooding our street and yards, let alone the rats. They will not fix Richdale Ave and should be ashamed.
