There are a number of important development meetings in the coming weeks. I will send out design plans as they become available.
After years of delay, the property owner at 185 Broadway, Patsy’s Pastry’s, is coming before us with revised plans. This Meeting will be Thursday, July 6, 6pm at 165 Broadway.
The Planning Board took up 118 Broadway, the East End Grill last week. Due to concerns from my fellow alderman, the community and myself, they voted to continue the hearing until July 13 and requested a fourth community meeting. This meeting will be July 11, 6pm at 165 Broadway.
There is another development meeting for two new developments. Both meetings will be held at 165 Broadway on July 10. We will meet to discuss a potential project on 75 Washington Street at 6pm, followed by a development on 38 Oliver Street at 7pm.
Community input is very important to me for all developments in the ward. Please attend these events and let me know what you like and don’t like so I can present this information the planning and zoning boards.
