Somerville Firefighters battled a blaze close to the Davis Square area on Appleton Street around 2 AM early Friday morning.
Witnesses at the scene tell us that tenants jumped out of a second-floor window to escape to safety.
Four residents were taken to the hospital and treated for injuries sustained in the fire.
