Gabrielle Etienne finished 2nd at the Massachusetts State Finals today at the Reggie Lewis center. Her second place throw of 40’11.5″ was her personal best throw of her career. Pictured with Gabrielle is throws coach Carl Stauffer.
Gabrielle’s throw on Saturday was of 40’11.5″ was a new SHS record in the Shot Put. Previous record was 40’7″ set in 2009 by Jessica Masse.
