On December 29, 2015 at 17:17 hours, Officer Jean-Jacques and I were dispatched to Target, located at 180 Somerville Avenue, for an uncooperative shoplifter in the Loss Prevention office.<!
> Upon arrival, we located a female party in the Loss Prevention office, being trespassed by Target Loss Prevention Officer XXXXX. The female identified herself as Laurie Rios, however when CJIS queries were negative, she truthfully identified herself as Lisa MEDIEROS. XXXXX stated he was alerted by a Target employee that a female, identified as MEDIEROS, was acting strangely. XXXXX advised he watched MEDIEROS via Target surveillance cameras move from department to department, selecting items of clothing and concealing them on her person and in her umbrella. XXXXX stopped MEDIEROS at the store exit before she was able to leave. XXXXX located 3 bras, 2 tank tops, a Patriots shirt, and a windbreaker, totaling $133.73 on MEDIEROS’ person.
MEDEIROS was arrested for Shoplifting over $100. She was subsequently handcuffed (double-locked) and transported to the station for booking.
