This past Sunday, residents in the community of Somerville united as they attended the “Celebration of Life” event in honor of Former Alderman and friend Tom Taylor.

The event took the place of a wake or funeral for the former alderman who sadly passed away last month after battling the fight of his life,cancer.
At the event there was music, light refreshments, and chance to pay tribute to Tom. The celebration was held on Inner Belt Road at the City Club.

It was a team effort where the community got involved and celebrated a good person who will be missed by many here in Somerville.
