This past Thursday night at the Mathews Arena at Northeastern University where many Somervillians attended to cheer on the Somerville Highlander Hockey Team coming off Wednesday night’s 5 to 1 win in Everett.
But unfortunately, Somerville lost 5 to 2 to Latin Academy at Mathews Arena.
On Saturday the Highlanders lost 3 to 2 .
Medford scored with 2.5 seconds left as a full house at Veterans Memorial Rink had there eyes on two games. As the game ended, parents from Somerville & Medford along with the student body cheered the Patriots on to victory in the warm room.
