Zumba Fitness has quickly grown into the planet’s most popular exercise. This Latin dance workout has inspired over 1.2 billion people in 125 countries.

Zumba is a fitness dance salsa from the wonderful world of Latin music. This fantastic exercise has a unique choreography and is appropriate for different dancers of different skill levels.
Burn fat and calories.
Zumba uses interval training and aerobic activity. Hours of dancing can burn 400-600 calories and the increase of speed and intensity of dance movement strengthens arms, legs, chest, shoulders, back abs and enhances cardio function. Lose weight and get fit!
Full of vitality and joy.
Zumba combines Latin style dance and music. It immerses you in the joy of the moment. It inspires.
I started doing Zumba three times weekly. After a year I had a thinner waistline, better blood pressure and improved glucose and lipid levels and was more energetic than ever. It makes you feel younger, and feel good! Physically and psychologically, people who do Zumba regain a youthful vitality.
Our instructor is great. She said, “Zumba makes me work out my body, as well as my brain. It is fun to choreograph fun and exciting new dances for my class. I like the students to be able to dance in many styles: hip hop, salsa, and more. Every student is open to learning new things and enjoys Zumba as an alternative to slow, boring workouts like the treadmill! We are always smiling and sweating!”
Currently different types of Zumba are available for beginners, adults and the elderly. Many newspapers and magazines such as the New York Post and Time call it a “top of the world sport.” It is a high quality aerobic exercise, great for fitness, great for your heart.
