Upon arrival Sgt Macarelli, Sgt Isadoro, Officer Holland, and Officer Ubeda were in front of Fountain Ave with four individuals who were then identified as , , Omeron Khan, D.O.B 01-11-1995, and two Juveniles. After Identifying all suspects Myself and Sgt Isadoro went into Fountain ave to speak with the victim. Once inside we Spoke with , who informed us that her and her mother , were inside when they heard someone inside the back hallway. As v walked into the kitchen she could hear footsteps going upstairs then coming back down. As the person came back down they attempted to gain entry into her apartment and at that time she was in fear and yelled. As she yelled the individual ran out the back door and ran out onto the street where three others were waiting for him.
v stated that the back door leading into the building is always kept lock and for him to get it he must have broken into the building. While conducting our investigation two show-up forms were filled out by Officer Ubeda and officer Anderson. Officer Ubeda explained the form to v because she did not speak English and Officer Anderson explained the form to v. While conducting a show-up,v identified Mr Khan as the person that she saw running away from her apartment . At that time Mr khan was placed under arrest and Unit 200 was notified to transport the defendant back to the station to be booked. before being transported back to the station a large knife was found on Mr Khan. The three other suspects were then sent on their way.
